Defective or Faulty Products
If you believe that the goods you have purchased are defective at any time please report this as soon as possible to our customer services. If the goods are within the manufacturers guarantee period we will arrange to repair, replace or credit the goods as per the manufactures guarantee. It may be necessary to inspect the goods. Should this inspection prove the fault to be the result of customer misuse then our normal service charge will apply.
Returns Policy
We will accept any unwanted items as long as the goods are in the original condition and packaging as they arrived to you.
If Faulty or Damaged goods are received please contact the store on 023 9237 3073 within 48hours of receipt. Faulty or Damaged goods may need to be sent to suppliers for repair. This can be done directly or we can return it for you. It is your responsibility to keep all relevant documentation to ensure a valid guarantee.
The following action must be completed for a full no quibble refund to be issued.
1/ We must be notified within 48 hours of any items received damaged or items not wanted.
2/ Goods for return or exchange must be sent back to fish2catch.com within 14 days of receipt. DVDs and CD ROMs may only be returned for replacements of the original ordered goods.
3/ Send returns to us at the address below via a secure Post Office service. (Royal Mail Special Delivery service recommended).
4/ Please include the invoice (contained within the parcel) with the goods, a cover letter letting us know what the issue is and your name and contact number, so that we know whom they are from.
NOTE - Returned items are at the cost of the customer.

With this being a United Kingdom based e-commerce site, in situations of legal matter the UK law is the applicable law.
Upon receipt of the goods we will, send replacement goods or issue a full refund for the price of the goods returned.The goods must be in saleable condition. In other words;
- The tags have not been removed
- The garment or tackle item has not been used, worn or damaged
- The item is returned in its original packaging undamaged
We will issue the refund (or send out an exchange) within 28days. Refunds to credit cards may take up to 10 working days to show up on your statement, due to banks processing times.
