Making A Purchase

We accept payments from all major credit/debit cards. Our store is currently for UK orders only. Payment is in Pounds Stirling only.

If any mistake such as in description or pricing errors, i.e. we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Where we no longer stock a product, you will be contacted. We will offer you a full refund or you may wish to try and alternative. We will refund the difference if it is less than the original, and we will let you know if there is any additional charge for the alternative. We will in any case contact you before the item is sent.

Out Of Stocks

In this instance you will be informed by Phone or e-mail. Items may take time to come back into stock. In this case we will let you know of this and will hold all or part of the order until the item(s) are back into stock. Or if you wish, we may have an alternative product that you wish to have, or a refund on the items not yet sent?~~~2757~2767~~
